Covid-19 Policy & Guidelines During Shoots

As we return to work during the COVID-19 pandemic, StudioTwo22 has implemented a Health and Safety Policy to reduce and prevent the spread of COVID-19 in the workplace. We are taking additional measures to protect all employees, independent contractors, and anyone on set participating in the shoot from the spread of COVID-19.

Anyone who has been in contact with someone who has contracted the Covid-19 virus, or who has been deemed to have to self-isolate or quarantine themselves according to government regulations SHALL not enter the premises at StudioTwo22 until they are cleared of said isolation or quarantine.

Any photoshoots that take place at StudioTwo22 must be scheduled at least 24 hours to the photoshoot time to allow for proper cleaning, planning and disinfecting of the studio areas.

Anyone entering StudioTwo22 must sign the screening form. If the client, contractor or person signing the form has any of the mentioned symptoms or does not meet the approved criteria on the form they will be denied access.

Personal hygiene is extremely important to keep everyone safe. Anyone using the washroom SHALL wash their hands with the provided hand soap for at least 20 seconds.
StudioTwo22 will provide hand sanitizer on location to be used by anyone on site at the studio.

All persons on site SHALL maintain a safe distance of 6 feet from each other at all times. No groups larger than 10 persons shall be on the premises at one time, including staff.
The make-up and hair artist is an exception to this rule. However, the makeup artist will have their own strict procedures and protocols in place to ensure there is minimal contact between them and the client.

Where necessary, all persons will wear protective masks while on the premises.

A thorough cleaning of the location will be done prior to use and immediately after it is vacated. All equipment and furniture will be thoroughly disinfected after use using hospital grade disinfectant.
Shared Spaces (Including bathrooms, kitchens, and doorways)
After each bathroom use, the washroom door handles, sink faucet handles and paper towel dispensers should be disinfected by the person using them, prior to leaving the washroom.
These areas will also be monitored by staff and cleaned in designated intervals as required.

Any on-location shoots will be evaluated on a per shoot basis and precautions similar to studio shoots will be in place.

It is the responsibility of everyone to ensure they take the best safety precautions while working together to make sure everyone has minimal chance of exposure and cross contamination.
